Curious of the world, welcome to my blog!



I am Cristina Toscan and I am the founder of Mindset Lab.


I am currently in quarantine because of the Coronavirus that is hitting the whole globe and the Dominican Republic where I currently live.

What a better historical moment to start a blog?

I have so much time and I can finally act on all the ideas that have been sitting on my mind for a while.


I have been thinking about creating this blog for months mostly because I started reading a lot of technical books and it feels like I can’t remember most of the useful things I read.

Or maybe my memory just sucks. (It does).


Said that, I discovered that a few great ways to remember more are: using what you learnt in a practical way, using metaphors or teaching the knowledge to others.

I liked the last idea the best. So here I am.


To make it more challenging I decided to make it simple and quick. A new thing per day. Maximum 250 words. No more than 2-3 minutes of your time. Pretty cool, right?

Consider that we have around 60/80 thousand thoughts per day and 95% of them are the same as yesterday.



Feed your brain something new.

Do now what you could have done tomorrow.
